Jonathan Noftsier has a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a background in workforce planning, skill-based approach to talent management, and strategic competency modeling. Prior to founding Fountainhead, he served intelligence and DoD clients as an engagement manager for a Big Four consulting firm. He is a veteran military officer and aviator who continues to serve his country as a reservist.
